Plus, we’ll give you an extra 72 hours from our cleaning, to have us rush back and re-clean any areas of your concern, and if you still not happy. We’ll give you a full refund of your money. We don’t want anybody in our community feeling that they paid for something they did not get!
If we got it out, it should stay out. But just in case! If for any weird reason a spot returns, call us for up to 30 days and we’ll clean it again for FREE. (We stand behind our services 110%!)
Ps. : Most of the time that happens because, a heavily soiled item was left without proper care, beyond a maintenance cleaning point, and it got so saturated w/ soil that some of it got pushed so deep inside the material, that it became humanly impossible to remove it 100% on the first attempt. Even w/ our heavy deep restoration detailed cleaning and sanitizing procedure! … and some of it will try to make it’s way up on the fibers, causing what we call “Wicking”. (But even if that happens, we’ll fix it for Free!)
If a catastrophe happens to your recently cleaned carpet, upholstery or hard floors, within the 7 days after we clean it, don’t worry! We will come back & spot clean for no extra charge (Free!).
